Sometimes when you receive unexpected news it can ruin your whole life day.
In a hot market in the not-too-distant future, Kitty and Scamp have received a telegram: She is arriving today - but who is She?
And what does She want with them? Kitty is desperate to prepare for Her, while Scamp believes they will never be prepared in time. The mysterious arrival of Finley has a message from Her that they're not going to like at all.
